Frontend Development Manager

Large-scale company is looking for a Front-End Development Manager to lead technical teams and strategic projects of web applications. Key responsibilities: Lead front-end development teams, ensuring timely deliveries, quality, and aligned with business needs. Coordinate the design and implementation of modern, responsive, and user-centered interfaces. Define and ensure development standards and good coding practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development. Participate in the definition of company-wide technology strategies. Work closely with other departments, such as product management and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
