We are currently launching new projects where we think AI-first from the beginning – from development to product idea. Topics such as tourism, mental health, and the music industry meet modern software stacks and AI-powered development. Responsibilities
You develop software with real impact in a team: End-to-end, close to users and customers, and to the business processes you are improving.
Your focus is on the frontend: You build interfaces directly in code, from the individual component to the complete flow.
You bring UI expertise to the team (layout, typography, interaction, details) and set the quality standards for the entire product.
You further develop our design system in the pipeline: Tokens and component library, e.g., with Storybook.
You generate UI with AI agents like Claude Code or Codex against the design system and secure it with rules, examples, and tests so that agents can use it reliably.
You verify AI results yourself instead of blindly trusting the "done".
You question existing approaches and try out new ones.
Qualification
You have a vocational training or a degree and ideally 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a modern framework (e.g., React), TypeScript, and clean architecture.
You are a developer with a demand for design: deep HTML and CSS knowledge, experience with design systems, and an eye for layout, typography, and details.
You work daily with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and know their limitations.
Git, testing, and agile development are part of your daily routine.
You have experience with real users and customers and work independently and solution-oriented.
You critically clarify requirements before you build.
You reflect on your work and share your knowledge, with people and with AI agents. Experience as a tutor or mentor is a plus.
You speak German (C1) and English (B2).
