Job description

LHH This is an opportunity to join as a Frontend Developer within a structured and growing development team, in an IT company with proprietary software products, based in Verona east (expected 1-2 days of smart working per week). The resource, with experience in developing complex web applications and architectural skills, will be inserted to strengthen the team and contribute to the technical and project quality of the product. Responsibilities The resource will be involved both in operational development (Vue.js) and in defining standards, architectures, and methodologies. It will collaborate with backend, PO, and designers to realize robust and consistent interfaces. We are looking for someone who writes code every day, but with a technical vision and ability to set up the entire frontend layer. Priority is given to profiles with experience in structured teams and evolving products. Responsibilities: - Development and maintenance of responsive web interfaces (Vue.js). - Definition of best practices and coding conventions. - Integration with APIs and backend logic. - Technical analysis and contribution to architectural choices. - Mentoring junior profiles. - Collaboration with UX/UI designers. - Monitoring performance and stability. - Participation in code reviews and release processes. Profile - Minimum 3-4 years of frontend experience. - Excellent knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem. - Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS. - Experience in modular and scalable architectures. - Familiarity with Git, REST API, CI/CD. - Attitude to work in a team and technical dialogue. - Desired experience in SaaS or B2B contexts.
