fairforce has been developing digital legal services for consumers and companies at our Leipzig location since 2017. Our clients include market leaders from the mobility and insurance sectors. Our interdisciplinary team currently consists of 32 employees.

The collaboration is process-oriented organized: A dedicated UX expert and experienced team leads prepare functional requirements in precise tickets beforehand. This enables frontend and backend specialists to implement with minimal friction losses.

Aufgaben

**Frontend Development
**You develop and optimize modern, high-performance web interfaces based on React and TypeScript.

**Process Automation
**You efficiently translate UI/UX specifications from Figma into clean code structures using modern toolchains.

Schnittstellen-Anbindung

You read and understand existing Java / Spring Boot backend code securely, to bind REST interfaces error-free.

Ai-Driven Development
You integrate the latest AI tools (e.g. Claude/Anthropic, Copilot) into your daily software development life cycle (SDLC), to accelerate development speed.

Quality Assurance
You support the team in code reviews and test automations to ensure high-quality standards.

Qualification

You need this at fairforce:

**Fachkompetenz
**Several years of practical experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript.

**Figma Workflow
**Fundamental knowledge of tool-supported translation of UI designs into productive, reusable components.

**Schnittstellen-Verständnis
**Secure code reading understanding in Java / Spring Boot to ensure a smooth coordination with the backend team.

**Architekturverständnis
**Structured thinking in scalable component structures and clean web interfaces.

**Sprachkenntnisse
**Fluent German skills (C1/C2 level) for secure communication in a legal context.
