Job description

Ideal Candidate

Ideal Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience in modern frontend
  • Solid experience with Next.js
  • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with React and hooks
  • Experience consuming REST APIs
  • Understanding of the differences between SSR, CSR, and ISR
  • Ability to build stable, data-oriented interfaces

A significant advantage:

Experience with Shadcn or similar systems
Experience with B2B/admin dashboards
Experience with authentication flows (JWT, cookies)
Experience with state management (Context, Zustand, Redux)

Important to know!

The role is strictly frontend
The application is greenfield
It's not a design/UI-only role
It's not WordPress/PHP/themes
Emphasis on stability and integration with the backend

Job Description

Conex Distribution is a B2B automotive parts distributor, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry in Romania. Our activity is based on a complex digital ecosystem centered around a dedicated B2B webshop for our partners, which manages the entire purchase process.

As we grow and operational complexity increases, we are at a critical moment where we are rebuilding our technical foundation from scratch.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who will contribute to the development of a modern B2B application built from scratch, consuming exclusively internal APIs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Developing the frontend application using Next.js and TypeScript
  • Integrating with internal REST APIs
  • Maintaining correct loading states, error states, and fallbacks
  • Structuring the application into reusable components
  • Collaborating closely with the backend team to define API contracts
  • Optimizing performance (SSR/CSR)
