As Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading our front office team during the summer season 2026. Your main tasks will include: • Leading and coordinating the front office team during peak periods; • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service quality; • Managing and controlling the front office budget; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations; • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements; • Maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
