As a Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading our front office team, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. This includes coordinating check-in and check-out processes, managing room assignments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising the Grab&Go Area and bar, as well as supporting the hotel's overall operations.
