Front Office Shiftleader (m/w/d)

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office during your shift, including checking in and out guests, handling requests and complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will also include coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
