What will you do?
In the dynamic lobby of the Rotterdam Marriott Hotel, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You take care of their check-in and check-out, but you do so much more than that. Our Front Office team is always looking for a personal connection with our guests to make their stay in the hotel as unique as possible. Here, you can use your creativity to surprise our guests. You love a challenge and make every guest feel welcome. Of course, you'll also tell them everything about the city of Rotterdam and take special requests into account.

This is what we like to see in you:

• This is a full-time position for 38 hours a week, where you are flexible to work different shifts.
• You have experience within the Front Office department of a hotel.
• You have experience with Opera or another hotel PMS.
• You are representative, service-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• You possess excellent communication skills, which you can convey in both Dutch and English.
