This role requires a deep understanding of the Six Senses brand and its values, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team of Front Office staff. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing the front desk, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring that all guest requests are met. This role also requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a strong sense of humor and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
