Our boutique hotel in Salzburg City reopened in September 2025 – with 28 lovingly designed rooms, lots of personality, and the ambition to not just satisfy our guests, but to delight them.

And that's exactly why we are looking for you – as a Front Office Manager (m/f/d) or, as we prefer to say: Host with oversight & heart.

Employment Type: Full-time

• You are the face of the establishment – from the first welcome to the last question at reception.
• You lead our small, fine front office team and bring structure to everyday life.
• You keep an eye on the processes, think ahead, plan proactively, and step in where needed – whether at the reception, in housekeeping, or during breakfast service.
• In coordination with management, you actively shape hotel operations.
• You help to develop standards and processes to ensure everything runs smoothly – flexibly, thoughtfully, and with personality.

• Experience in Front Office or a comparable position – you know what matters in daily hotel operations and have a feel for how to create a true home away from home for guests.
• You are eager for responsibility and want to contribute to shaping things, not just managing them.
• Organization is your thing, but you can also react spontaneously and flexibly.
• You speak fluent German and English – and preferably another language.
• You are warm, confident, and simply enjoy being a host.
