Our team is looking for a Front Office Manager who embodies our values of elegance, sophistication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our front office team, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing the front office team, including training and development • Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the front desk, concierge, and other related areas • Providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in all areas of the hotel • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability • Building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices • Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or other senior management. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage • Certification in hospitality or related field (e.g. IHM, CHA) is an asset • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Willingness to participate in training and development programs • Other relevant certifications or qualifications may be required depending on the specific role.
