Front Office Host(ess) - Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is ten minutes from Schiphol Airport and 25 minutes from the city centre. It features 342 guestrooms and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. Additional facilities include a brasserie, bar and lounge. As Front Office Host(ess) you are the first and last person our guests see, it all starts with your smile. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create a bold impression each and every time. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest arrivals and departures run smoothly, efficiently and with a warm welcome. This includes checking in guests, handling any issues or complaints, and providing information on local attractions and services. Your role is crucial to the success of our hotel and we are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time.
