FRONT OFFICE AGENT NOVATE MILANESE

Orienta Spa- Società Benefit, filiale di Firenze is seeking for an Italian company operating in the student housing sector a FRONT OFFICE AGENT to be inserted into the structure of NOVATE MILANESE. The figure will be part of the Front Office team and will be responsible for: - Customer service; - Check-in and check-out according to company standards; - Data entry (client information, bookings, maintenance, charges, etc.) within the management systems; - Billing and support to administration; - Cash register and fund management; - Key programming and delivery; - Notification of expected arrivals and preparation of related documentation; - Client complaint management; - Management of the company app, email, and central phone system; - Communication with the cleaning and maintenance team to meet customer requests; - Conclusion of lease contracts with subsequent return of the caution deposit; - Bar management preparing drinks and serving snacks to guests at the structure; - Ensuring safety rules are respected. Requirements: - Diploma or degree; - Previous experience as FOA; - Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; - Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome; - Knowledge of hotel PMS (Mews knowledge will be considered a plus); - Public speaking; - Adaptability, proactivity, curiosity, and dynamism.
