Front Office Agent (m/w/d) / Part-time - Topgolf Vienna

As part of our dynamic team, we are looking for a Front Office Agent (m/w/d) to support us in our daily operations. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience at Topgolf. • Managing the front office area, including handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including communicating with clients and internal teams. • Maintaining accurate records of events, sales, and customer interactions. • Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent service to our guests. • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g. hospitality, events). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an asset. • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken). • Availability for part-time work (approx. 20 hours per week).
