• You will be responsible for guest correspondence & reservation acceptance.
• You will warmly handle the check-in and check-out of our guests.
• You will prepare for and professionally manage group arrivals and departures.
• Furthermore, the care & consultation of our guests during their stay will be part of your responsibilities.
• We work with the Guestline system.
• Independent cash management during your shift will not be a challenge for you.
• Workplace hygiene and adherence to our standards are a matter of course for you.

• You live service orientation, are structured, meticulous, and have high standards for yourself and your environment.
• You present yourself well-groomed, friendly, and confidently, communicate souverainly with guests and colleagues – in German as well as English.
