Furthermore, a further hotel is planned in Klagenfurt. We are looking for a Front Office Agent (m/w/d) who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued during their stay with us. This includes handling guest requests, answering questions, and providing information on local attractions and activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of guest stays and processing payments. In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge.
