With your exceptional warmth, empathy, and passion you will become the Dorint ambassador and ensure enthusiasm among our guests and colleagues As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you are jointly responsible for a lasting impression – welcome and bid farewell to our arriving and departing guests at check-in and check-out with top-notch service Provide our guests with comprehensive information such as route descriptions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and bars, as well as insider tips on the hotel's facilities and services Ensure that all guests feel comfortable and cared for during their stay, whether they are traveling for business or leisure Offer assistance with luggage, directions, and other requests, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently Develop a deep understanding of our hotel's services and amenities, and be able to recommend them to guests accordingly Be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay, and take steps to resolve them quickly and effectively
