Your responsibilities will include: • Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Managing room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests in a timely manner. • Maintaining accurate records of guest stays, including check-in/check-out times, room preferences, and special requests. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Participating in pre-shift meetings to review the day's schedule and discuss any specific needs or concerns. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards. • Performing other duties as required by the Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager.
