Front Office Agent - Anglo American Hotel Florence Curio Collection by Hilton - Florence

We are looking for a figure of Front Office Agent, to be inserted within our fantastic team starting from the month of March 2026! Our Anglo American structure offers a welcoming and elegant environment that highlights its unique design.

The profile of Front Office Agent we are looking for has a strong sense of responsibility, is precise, and able to manage stress. Empathy, communication skills, and natural sales-oriented abilities complete the profile.

RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES

The new Front Office Agent will have to report their work to the Front Office Manager of the Hotel, through the achievement of the following objectives:

• Guest services
  
• Management of check-in and check-out procedures
  
• Strong customer orientation and customer care in accordance with Hilton's standards
  
• Teamwork attitude and excellent ability to relate to various stakeholders
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any field
  
• Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus
  
• Proficient use of: Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  
• At least 1 year in the same position in hotels of the same category
  
• Preferrable requirement to have worked at Hilton properties
  

• Natural predisposition to interacting with the public
  
• Good presence and natural elegance
  
• Excellent ability to manage guest requests
  
• Knowledge of hotel management techniques, particularly accounting and OnQ knowledge
