Throughout this program, you will develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to lead a successful and high-volume JOEY Restaurant as a Front of House Manager. What you’ll do: * Lead the Front of House team, providing support, guidance, and training. * Oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring excellent guest service. * Manage and control labor and inventory costs. * Uphold brand standards and create a positive work environment. * Create a positive team environment through clear and effective communication. * Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. * Maintain a safe and compliant work environment. * Have fun!
