Front-End Web Developer

Role Mission: The Front-End Web Developer will deliver high-quality, responsive web applications while ensuring performance, maintainability, and seamless user experiences across platforms. They will collaborate with design and backend teams to implement scalable front-end solutions and support modern DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. This role also drives continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies, strengthening CI/CD workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing responsive web applications that meet business requirements and user needs; • Collaborating with design and backend teams to implement scalable front-end solutions; • Implementing modern DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes; • Driving continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and strengthening CI/CD workflows; • Fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code is maintained; • Troubleshooting and resolving front-end issues in collaboration with backend teams; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Web Developer; • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React; • Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel; • Knowledge of containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes; • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control systems like Git; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
