Front End Engineer Tech Lead

As a Front End Engineer Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of our front-end applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of quality and performance. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing front-end applications using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Collaborating with designers and product managers to create user-centered designs and experiences • Developing and maintaining reusable front-end components and libraries • Troubleshooting and debugging front-end issues • Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends and applying this knowledge to improve our applications • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices • Working closely with the product management team to prioritize and deliver features and enhancements • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles • Participating in the development of technical roadmaps and strategies • Collaborating with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of front-end applications • Participating in the development of technical standards and guidelines • Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality front-end applications • Participating in the development of technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Collaborating with the architecture team to ensure alignment with overall technical architecture.
