Job description
We are Property Group - the owner of the RynekPierwotny.pl portal and a developing ecosystem of products around the real estate market. We build products that have a real impact on purchasing and sales decisions - from a user's first contact with an offer to the finalization of a transaction. Now we are opening a new front: the secondary market and true digital advisory. We have a plan, a strong capital group behind us, and a long-term development roadmap. Front-end Engineer (React, Next.js) Requirements: Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in React and TypeScript. Practical knowledge of Next.js App Router: server rendering, ISR, React Server Components, cache, and revalidation. Experience in SEO: metadata, sitemaps, structured data, Core Web Vitals. The service has thousands of generated pages, and organic traffic is our main channel. Working with maps in the browser (MapLibre GL, Mapbox GL, Leaflet, or similar): layers, sources, clustering, GeoJSON, performance with a large number of objects. Tailwind CSS and headless components (Radix, shadcn/ui, or similar). Server state management via TanStack Query, view state kept in the URL. Forms and validation: React Hook Form, Zod. Unit tests (Vitest, Testing Library). Ability to independently implement an endpoint in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) or backend experience in another language and readiness to get into Python. The work covers the entire stack, from database query to browser view. SQL at the level of independently writing queries with table joins and optimization in terms of execution time. Designing flows and mockups based on business goals. You receive tasks in the form of a goal, and you propose the solution yourself. Good knowledge of Git and practice in Code Review. English enabling fluent work with technical documentation. Working with AI: Daily work with code agents in the terminal or IDE (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Copilot, or similar). We are not looking for someone with experience in building LLM-based products. We are interested in your ability to work well with AI as a tool to speed up code writing. Ability to prepare context for the agent: design instructions, specifications, and plans saved in the repository, choosing the right model for the task. Critical reading of generated code. You can explain every line you send for review. Recognizing situations where the model makes mistakes: client-side rendering on pages requiring indexing, silent Core Web Vitals regressions, map performance, accessibility. Hygiene of working with models: secrets and production data remain outside external models, and generated code goes through linting, types, and tests. We check this with a recruitment task that you perform with your own AI tools. Nice to have: Services with a large number of pages in the index, working with Google Search Console and positioning. Vector tiles, PMTiles, optimizing rendering of large datasets on the map. Accessibility (WCAG), A/B testing, product analytics. PostGIS or other experience with spatial data on the database side. Playwright and end-to-end tests. Experience working in the early stages of a product. Scope of tasks: Development of the public service: search engine, offer and location views, maps, performance, SEO. Development of the operator panel interface for working with shared components, patterns, usability. Managing your own task from decision to production: endpoint, view, tests, post-deployment observation. Typed API client generated from an OpenAPI contract. Decisions on frontend architecture and code quality standards. Code Review and ensuring code quality. Participation in product decisions and planning next steps. How we cooperate: Continuous flow of tasks and a short weekly review of the direction. The decision on a solution is made by the person delivering it. Deployments in small steps, following the CI pipeline. We offer: Remote work opportunity. Full access to AI tools and developer licenses. Real impact on the product and the stack. Your decisions are visible in the product. Benefit system (including private medical care, life insurance, sports card, training). Cooperation with a Polish company existing for 17 years and with broad aspirations.
