Front-End Engineer

A Enter is hiring for the position of Front-End Engineer to develop and optimize web interfaces, ensuring good performance and collaborating with design and backend teams. The role involves transforming designs into responsive components, resolving performance issues, integrating APIs, and conducting code reviews. The ideal person is detail-oriented, experienced in front-end technologies, and adapts well to a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team, product, and design to develop new products and features for users.
• Work alongside product and AI deployment teams to understand user needs.
• Ensure our product delivers a bug-free and fully fluid experience.
• Develop reusable and responsive UI components.
• Ongoing optimization of performance and user experience through techniques like CDN caching, virtualization of tables, lazy loading, efficient memory usage, and smart data fetching strategies, always in close collaboration with other software engineers to ensure optimized API contracts.
• Develop robust workflows for real-time document processing, implementing instant feedback for the user.
• Ongoing evolution of our internal component library based on ShadCN, Tailwind, and AG-Grid, prioritizing accessibility, performance, and visual consistency across the platform.
• Maintenance and evolution of our unified monorepo, using technologies like Turborepo, Next.js, TypeScript, React.js, ShadCN, Tailwind, and React Query. Our focus is to maintain a consistent and reusable code base for all web applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of professional experience with Front-End.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Firm attention to details, organization, and analytical skills.
