Front End Developer (m/w/d)

PAPA OSCAR Ventures is a leading investment company (VC/Accelerator) in the field of E-Commerce & Lifestyle Brands. We support our ventures not only financially, but also operationally through our internal expert teams in IT, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance. Furthermore, our Service Unit "Gateway" offers these services to selected companies outside our investment portfolio as well.

We are currently looking for qualified reinforcement for our Development Team.

As part of our Development Teams, you will support our partners comprehensively in the development of their websites and ensure a unique digital experience.

You master Shopify just as well as other website systems like Webflow or Framer, are familiar with integrating external software, possess strong communication skills, and have clean, structured work processes?

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• BUILDING AND OPTIMIZATION OF SHOPFY-STores WITH A FOCUS ON CONVERSION, PAGE SPEED, AND USABILITY
• DEVELOPMENT OF THE FRONT-ENDS OF VARIOUS WEBSITES (WEBFLOW OR FRAMER) BASED ON DIFFERENT APPROACHES AND STYLE GUIDES
• SPECIALIZED CONSULTING FOR OUR PARTNERS AS WELL AS ACCOMPANYMENT DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS TO CREATE THEIR NEW WEB PRESENCE
• Ongoing RESEARCH FOR NEW POSSIBILITIES TO OPTIMIZE THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR PARTNERS' WEBSITES AND OUR INTERNAL PROCESSES
• TIGHT COLLABORATION WITH OUR TEAM MEMBERS TO DEVELOP CREATIVE UX SOLUTIONS AND TO IMPLEMENT HIGH-QUALITY CODE

Qualification

We're looking for:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Shopify development
• Relevant professional experience in frontend development with Webflow or Framer
• Analytical thinking as well as the ability to quickly get familiar with new topics and tools
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (React is a plus)
• A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and new technologies
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
