Front-End Developer (Angular / Ionic) – Early Career

About the Role We’re a small startup engineering team of ~6 people, building and scaling real-world products with limited time and budgets. We’re looking for a Front-End Developer (0–3 years experience) who wants to grow with us , take ownership early, and learn by building—not by waiting for perfect instructions. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity , and who values impact and learning over titles and processes. Responsibilities: • Build scalable and maintainable front-end applications using Angular and Ionic; • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features; • Work closely with designers to translate designs into functional UI components; • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall quality of the codebase; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements: • 0-3 years of experience as a front-end developer; • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript; • Familiarity with Angular and Ionic frameworks; • Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or Redux; • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design principles; • Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
