Our client, a highly respected law firm in Melbourne, is seeking a talented Front-End Construction Lawyer with 2-4 years PQE to join their dynamic team. This firm has a solid reputation for its strong team of talented practitioners, who advise clients across the full project lifecycle, from front-end procurement and contract drafting through contract administration to back-end dispute resolution and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Procurement and Contract Drafting: Advising clients on the initial stages of construction projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Contract Administration: Assisting clients with contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Working closely with peers and having direct access to and transparency with the Partners of the firm.
- Mentorship and Training: Benefitting from excellent mentorship and training opportunities to build skills and experience.
- 2-4 years PQE with a focus on front-end construction law.
- Ability to provide commercially astute advice in a timely manner.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong sense of purpose and an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
- Experience advising principals/owners, head contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and superintendents/project managers.
- Low Billables: Enjoy a balanced workload with low billable hours.
