Job description
To strengthen our reception team, we are looking for an experienced, service-oriented person for the Front Desk and Reservation area who wants to further develop themselves professionally and personally. Independent care of our guests at the front desk (check-in & check-out). Responsibility for reservations via phone, email, and online channels. Competent consulting on room categories, offers, and additional services. Active participation in daily business as well as support in organizing events and special requests. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations are essential.
