As part of the Revo Hospitality Group we are looking for a Front Desk Agent (m/w) who embodies our values of hospitality, friendliness and attention to detail. As a representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring that all interactions with our guests are positive and memorable. Your tasks will include: • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, • Handling guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner, • Providing information on hotel services and amenities, • Processing payments and handling cash transactions, • Maintaining the front desk area in a clean and organized state. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (hotel, hospitality industry or equivalent) • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
