Front Desk Agent - Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella - (Málaga)

To ensure that our guests' memorable experiences have an unforgettable start, we are looking for a front desk agent who can make transactions smooth, offer exceptional local information and anticipate all requests so that our guests feel at home. Your day-to-day ? Give the starting shot to truly memorable experiences for guests with language skills in Spanish, English or French. Provide top-notch service, handle guest inquiries, manage room assignments, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process. You will also be responsible for handling any issues that may arise during your shift, such as lost keys, missing amenities, or other minor problems. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to providing an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a flair for the unexpected, we want to hear from you! What do you need to apply? You will need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be fluent in Spanish, English or French. Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is an asset but not required.
