REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

In Job S.p.A. – Career Center of Verona selects a REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN for a company operating in the industrial plant engineering/refrigeration sector, as part of the reinforcement of the Service department. Responsibilities: The resource will be integrated into the service team (currently composed of approximately 10 people) and will be responsible for: - Installation, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration units at customer sites - Routine and extraordinary maintenance of industrial plants - Verification of the correct operation and performance of the plants - Diagnostic and fault resolution interventions - Collaboration with third-party companies during installation phases - Interface with the technical team for the management of activities and priorities. Requirements: - High school diploma or technical qualification - Knowledge of regulation, automation, and home automation principles - Electrical skills and ability to read electrical diagrams - Mechanical and hydraulic skills, preferably on industrial plants - Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems - Analytical and diagnostic skills - Ability to read and understand component data sheets - Precision, pragmatism, and direct and effective communication skills - Teamwork attitude. Offer Characteristics: - Contract: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Metalworking Industry) - Gross Annual Salary (RAL): approximately €35,000 – €40,000 - Benefits: company cafeteria - Place of work: province of Verona (activities at customer sites) - Working hours availability: Full-time (approximately 08:00–17:30, with operational flexibility).
