Position: Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive (Immediate Joining) Company: Viswamitempowersolution Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India Contract Details: Full-time Viswamitempowersolution is a leading provider of staffing solutions in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates and arrival halls. - Provide excellent customer service and handle passenger inquiries efficiently. - Assist passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors. - Manage ticketing and reservation processes, including issuing tickets, processing payments, and making changes to bookings. - Ensure compliance with all aviation safety and security regulations. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations. - Handle baggage handling and assist with lost and found procedures. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of reservation systems and Microsoft Office. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
