We are recruiting for a French Customer Service Representative based in Cape Town to join our team, 3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support by telephone, chat, and email Resolution focused Take purchase orders Provide information about the status of orders Process complaints Requirements Native or C1/C2 French speaker and fluent English read, write, and speak Comfortable with working with computers and different programs Open minded and willing to learn
