As a French private tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to students. Your main tasks will be to: • Create a personalized learning plan for each student, taking into account their level, goals, and learning style. • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, using a variety of teaching methods and materials. • Monitor student progress and adjust your teaching approach as needed. • Communicate regularly with students and parents to keep them informed of student progress. • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Be comfortable using technology, such as video conferencing tools, to facilitate online tutoring sessions. • Be able to work independently and as part of a team. • Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. • Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Be able to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times. • Be able to provide references upon request. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in French or a related field. • 2+ years of experience teaching French to students of all ages. • Fluency in French and English. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times. • Ability to provide references upon request.
