As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and guiding them through the onboarding process. This will involve working closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition for our customers, and providing ongoing support to ensure they get the most out of our products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and providing feedback to our product and sales teams to help us improve our offerings.
