Freight Forwarding Specialist

Location: Wrocław

Your responsibilities

• Handling transport enquiries (FTL / LTL / time-critical) – pricing, planning and execution of shipments
• Working on customer portals – actively managing enquiries and quotations
• Monitoring ongoing shipments and reacting quickly to operational issues
• Building and developing relationships with customers and carriers
• Driving performance – conversion, margin and quality of execution
• Working closely with operations and sales teams in a dynamic automotive environment

Our requirements

• Very good command of English and Polish (daily communication with customers and carriers across Europe)
• Experience in road freight forwarding (automotive / time-critical experience is a plus)
• Experience working with customer portals and handling enquiries
• Ability to work under time pressure and make quick decisions
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Good organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset and willingness to have a real impact on the business
