Project Coordinator – Freight Forwarding (Project Logistics)
Perth | $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus

I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a global freight forwarder who are expanding their Project Logistics team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone with solid freight forwarding experience who is looking to step into the exciting world of large-scale project coordination.

The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be supporting the planning and execution of international project shipments across sea and air. You’ll be working closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved and cargo moves seamlessly from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import & export project shipments (air and sea).
• Manage documentation, bookings, and cargo tracking.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records in CargoWise.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years freight forwarding experience (project logistics highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of import/export processes.
• CargoWise experience (preferred).
• Excellent organisation, communication & customer service skills.
