To strengthen our partner company, we are looking for a freight forwarding clerk (m/w/d) air freight import/export at the earliest possible time.
Tasks:
Independent processing of air freight orders (import & export)
Responsibility for the handling of incoming and outgoing shipments
Communication with international customers and agents
Negotiation of freight rates and conditions
Processing of damage reports and complaints
Support in preparing the monthly closing accounts
Requirements:
SUCCESSFUL completion of training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services
Experience in air freight desirable
Very good English skills in writing and speaking
Secure handling of MS Office
High communication skills and organizational skills
Team player with economic understanding and affinity for numbers
