Freight Agent / Expeditor

We are looking for a passionate Freight Agent / Expeditor who can coordinate transport flows and ensure efficient deliveries to customers. The right person will be the link between customers, carriers, and internal departments.

• Organizing and monitoring national and international transports
• Managing necessary transportation documents
• Communicating with carriers and customers for confirmation of details and delivery terms
• Resolving problems that arise during transport
• Tracking the status of deliveries and reporting to manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation
• Solid knowledge of transportation documents and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure
• Knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Office
• Conversational or advanced English language skills
