We are looking for a specialist for real estate communication to support our agency team. For more than 20 years, we have been taking care of our customers and partners nationwide: property owners, developers, and service providers in the real estate industry.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Idea delivery/text creation for fimeneigene social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
• Feed of the company's Instagram account, including idea generation for content planning, implementation of planned contributions
• Support in managing customer-side social media channels
• Development of visual concepts (agency-internal/customer-related)
• Design of print-ready files (e.g. posters, brochures, magazines etc.) from concept to final print file.
• Design for digital media (banners/newsletters/web design)
• Accompaniment of our customers on various projects (logo development; exposés, advertisements, corporate design etc.)
• Familiarity with workflows from concept to data entry
• Adaptations and layouts based on existing design guidelines

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Excellent language skills, including excellent spelling and grammar in the German language
• Experience with social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Practical skills in graphic design
• Ideal experience in photography and video production as well as image editing and video cutting
• Motivated, goal-oriented work approach, teamwork, and communicative behavior
• Independent, idea-rich, and goal-oriented working style
• Solid IT knowledge, secure handling of MS Office/WordPress/Adobe Creative Cloud/Web/KI
