The Role - Your Passion

• You will be responsible for coordinating all processes related to our camper vans.

• You will be involved in the preparation of the vehicles.

• Furthermore, you will take over the technical leadership and instruction of the agents who are assigned to vehicle preparation.

• If applicable, you will also be involved in training or agent training and proactively contribute your ideas.

• You will keep an eye on our camper vans upon return after vacation and check for any damage, report it to our HQ Munich, and initiate appropriate repairs.

• Finally, you will ensure compliance with our quality standards, especially regarding the preparation of our camper vans.

What you need to surf on the same wave with us

• You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the areas of car rental, tourism, or similar.

• A high level of service and customer orientation and a friendly and open demeanor are a matter of course for you.

• You are absolutely hands-on (so you don't mind getting your hands dirty) and have strong communication skills.

• You are a resilient problem-solver and have organizational talent.

• You speak fluent German and solid English.

• You have a Class B driver's license.

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position ranges between EUR 32,500 and EUR 34,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback interview.
