Manager Validation (m/w/d) – Medical Technology
Freiburg | Hybrid (2 days Homeoffice)

Tasks

• Development, maintenance, and further development of guidelines for validation management, including qualification, process, computer, and method validation
• Professional examination, approval, and accompaniment of validation activities in development and production
• Training of employees on validation-relevant topics
• Conducting internal audits as well as active accompaniment of inspections and audits as a subject matter expert
• Participation in CAPA management, including initiation, implementation, and follow-up of correction and improvement measures

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or natural science field
• Multiple years of experience in qualification and validation in a GMP-regulated environment, e.g., pharmaceuticals or medical technology
• Very good (C1) German and English language skills
• Structured working style, high documentation security, and confident demeanor
