Our Hair Oil N.17 with 17 oils, extracts, and vitamins has already been sold over 10,000 times. For the further development of our Shopify ecosystem, we are looking for an experienced freelance person who does not just implement technology, but actively thinks about it. You will support us in developing our Shopify shop, technical infrastructure, and most important e-commerce tools in a clean, reliable, and proactive manner. The role combines Shopify development, technical administration, tool and system management, and proactive optimization. You will work closely with marketing, management, and social media teams and help us build a technically strong, conversion-oriented, and scalable website.

Aufgaben

• Technical support, development, and maintenance of our Shopify shop
• Implementation of frontend adjustments such as layout optimizations, custom sections, new blocks, landing pages, and small individual developments
• Support in backend topics, such as theme adjustments, app setups, error correction, and technical workflows
• Management and technical support of our e-commerce and marketing tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, TikTok connections, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads
• Setup, maintenance, and testing of APIs, product feeds, tracking setups, pixels, and system connections
• Maintenance and optimization of technical connections between Shopify and external platforms like Google, TikTok, and Meta
• Technical support during product launches, new landing pages, tracking requirements, and campaigns
• Conducting regular shop audits and technical quality checks
• Proactive identification of improvement opportunities in the shop and technical infrastructure
• Bringing in best practices in the areas of Shopify, technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and e-commerce processes
• Analysis of competitor websites and derivation of technical or structural improvements for our shop
• Support in general IT and admin topics, such as user creation, access management, business suite maintenance, mailbox setup, and technical tool administration

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of practical experience with Shopify
• Very good knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in frontend development and a good sense for clean, conversion-oriented shop layouts
• Safe handling of backend-related Shopify topics, app integrations, APIs, and technical setups
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, TikTok connections, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of technical SEO, website performance, tracking, and shop optimization
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• High level of ownership and the ability to recognize and actively propose solutions to problems early on
• Pleasure in close collaboration with marketing, management, and social media teams
• Residence in Germany and possibility of working freelance with us
