Job description
We are looking for an experienced employee to operate and strategically manage our online marketplaces, particularly:
• Amazon
• eBay
• OTTO
• Kaufland
Tasks
- Maintenance and optimization of our marketplace accounts
- Customer service and processing of customer inquiries
- Creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings
- Margin optimization and analysis of sales performance
- Planning, steering, and optimization of PPC campaigns
- Further development and scaling of our brands and products
- Management of orders and returns
- Creation of shipping labels
- Coordination with warehouse and logistics service providers
- Support in improving internal processes
Qualification
- Experience in e-commerce and working with the mentioned marketplaces
- Knowledge of PPC, listing optimization, and performance analysis
- Structured and independent work style
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
- Experience with Billbee
Benefits
The current demand is approximately 10 hours/week distributed over Mo-Fr.
