The hey contact heroes are looking for freelancers who speak German and Dutch. This is an inbound service.

We are seeking reliable, motivated freelancers within the EU, with a residence outside of Germany, to support us in our long-term inbound customer service project.

If you live outside of Germany, speak German and Dutch, and want to work as a self-employed freelancer remotely, then you're exactly right for us.

Aufgaben

Your Mission:

• Processing inbound calls around job cycles/bicycles
• Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
• Flexible working hours within the scope of the project, you decide when you work
• Payout per productive minute (dependent on the project model)
• 100% Remote - Work from your location within the EU (excluding Germany)

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

1. Legal & formal requirements:

• Self-employment/freelancer status in your country of residence
• Residence outside of Germany
• Able to issue proper invoices according to the laws of your own country for international clients (us)
• Compliance with tax obligations in your own country

2. Professional & personal requirements:

• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Dutch language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Self-sufficient work style and organization
• Long-term interest in project collaboration

3. Technical requirements:

• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• A quiet, undisturbed workspace in your home office (no insight/access for third parties)
• Safe handling of web-based tools
