Freelancer (m/f/d) Recruiting

We are looking for experienced freelance support in the field of recruiting to accompany us as part of an RPO model.

As an external recruiter, you will take over defined steps within our recruiting process and support our team, particularly in the professional approach and pre-qualification of candidates.

What does RPO mean to us?

RPO means: You support us as an external specialist directly within our recruiting process. You will take on clearly defined tasks that are otherwise covered internally – without acquisition and without additional administrative tasks.

You concentrate on what you do best: Recruiting and direct contact with candidates.

Tasks

• Initial telephone contact and pre-qualification of candidates
• Structured assessment of profiles according to predefined criteria
• Forwarding suitable candidate profiles to the team lead
• Optional: Conducting brief follow-up conversations
• Focus on recruiting – no acquisition and no administrative tasks outside of your expertise

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or candidate qualification
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of direct contact with candidates
• Independent way of working and sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with GDPR and the confidential handling of personal data
