Digital Success accompanies industrial mid-market companies through transformation, with clear language instead of buzzword bingo. This includes a mature content ecosystem: the Digital Success Podcast with over 100 episodes, a bi-weekly newsletter, regular LinkedIn posts, and own event formats. Everything currently runs under one head. Exactly that is supposed to change. We are looking for someone who takes over the production independently, so that contents appear reliably without having to go through my calendar.

Tasks

You take over the production around podcast and content, from managing the cut (via an external cutter) to the finished, published piece:

– Podcast Post-Production: Coordination of cuts, audio processing, show notes, upload, and publication of episodes

– Content Mgmt. & Content Recycling LinkedIn: Derive social posts, newsletter building blocks from episodes and transcripts (templates and AI-supported workflows are available)

– Editorial planning: Schedule publications, play channels, keep an overview, make evaluations

– Guest preparation: Research, scheduling coordination, briefings for upcoming episodes

– Backoffice around content & events: Asset organization, simple organizational tasks, support for event formats (AV Innovation Circle, Digital Success Circle)

Important: You work independently and bring things to a goal, not just up to it but finished.

Qualification

– Experience in marketing and/or content creation and LinkedIn

– Sense for clear, well-readable language in the B2B field

– Independent, reliable working style: You don't need close guidance, but deliver independently

– Openness to AI-supported workflows (available skills and templates use you, instead of starting from scratch) & AI understanding

– Very good German in word and writing

Plus point: Understanding of topics around digitalization, AI, and mid-market
