the task

• As a Freelancer Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for Paid Social Accounts for various Brands and manage 6- to 7-figure advertising budgets with a clear focus on profitable growth.
• You think performance along the entire funnel – from the first Ad Impression to the Purchase – and develop data-driven strategies for scaling revenue, ROAS, and more.
• You conceptualize, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok and develop setups that ensure both short-term performance and long-term scalability.
• You analyze campaign-, funnel-, and shop-data (e.g., Conversion Rates, CAC, MER) and lead to concrete measures for optimizing creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.
• You create reports using tools like DatAds, analyze the data, and lead the right actions based on it.
• You work closely with your customers together, advise them on performance-, tracking-, and e-commerce topics, and present strategies and data-based recommendations confidently in meetings.
• In close coordination with the Creative Team, you develop hypothesis-driven briefings and ensure that creatives are targeted specifically to performance goals and funnel stages.
• Iteration is your daily business: You test systematically new approaches, scale winners, and continuously develop existing strategies further – always based on data and clear KPIs.

• You have capacities for the next few months and want to support established customers.
• You bring fundamental experience in Performance Marketing (Meta & TikTok) and have already managed 6- to 7-figure Paid Social Budgets – with a clear focus on conversion-driven campaigns and profitable growth.
• The planning, management, and scaling of campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and ideally also TikTok is part of your daily business – particularly in the area of conversion and sales campaigns.
• You work strongly data-driven: tracking, attribution, KPI analysis, and reporting are not a duty but the basis for every decision and optimization.
• You are familiar with common analytics tools and attribution models.
• You understand the impact of creatives in the performance context, develop data-based hypotheses, and know how to effectively target audience segments along the customer journey.
• You confidently and self-assuredly address customers, can explain complex relationships clearly, and convince through clear, data-based arguments.
• You combine technical understanding with analytical thinking and have a keen sense of which measures deliver genuine business impact in e-commerce.
