Tasks

Your Mission:

• Acceptance and possible case-closing processing of incoming calls,
• Professional and service-oriented communication with customers,
• Capture and documentation of customer requests in the CRM system,
• Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You meet the prerequisites for working as a freelancer,
• You have at least 6 months of experience in customer service,
• Your workplace or residence is located outside the EU or you will be moving there soon
• You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 verifiable),
• Independent working style and high reliability,
• You have a workspace that is not visible to third parties,
• You have a desk, a computer, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset, and the required hardware,
• You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable)
• You have a trade license with a turnover tax ID
